All prices, payments, and transactions on our website are processed in USD ($).


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST (Texas time) qualify for same-day shipping.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

All shipments are prepaid unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

Orders Under $2,000

  • USA: $15
  • Canada: $20
  • Europe: $25
  • Asia & Australia: $25

Additional shipping charges may apply for bulk or oversized orders.


Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Most products are shipped at room temperature.

Upon request, Pure Form Labs offers:

  • Dry ice shipping
  • Blue ice shipping
  • Temperature monitoring/tracking

Additional fees may apply for temperature-controlled shipments.


International Shipping & Customs

  • All international shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place – Incoterms 2010).
  • Pure Form Labs covers all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
  • Customers are not responsible for any additional charges upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Pure Form Labs.

  • Damaged shipments: We will send a replacement free of charge.
  • Lost shipments: If confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

To report an issue, customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).


Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products:

  • Returns are not accepted without prior authorization.
  • Products must be:

    • Unopened
    • In original condition
